I agree 100% with what Larry wrote here: (URL) the larger subject of voting, however, I've always felt that up/down is too coarse...that -N/+N systems are more expressive. For example, N=3... I didn't look at the books, but speaking for years of experience on the boards of not-for-profit organizations: By-laws are usually cribbed from a template available in lots of books, or from your state's Secretary Of State office - they regulate (...) (...) The hard drive is a little undersized. With Office2000 approaching 1.0 GB, I don't know if it would last that long. (Depends on what you would do with it.)
