  Attention Lugnet Philosophers! A quandry....

What defines "completeness" within a theme? Despite rating the theme a meagre 5/10, I am theoretically "complete" in Space Port. However...... There is a value pack set, number 6469, in which can be found sets 6458, 6465, and set 6452. Sets 6458 and (...) (26 years ago, 18-Jan-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

(...) Not that I'm rating Space Port, but it seems rather unfulfilling to admit that one is complete in a theme that one does not find to be his favorite. (Isn't that a Confuscian proverb or something? :) (...) IMO, to be "complete", you need to (...) (26 years ago, 19-Jan-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

(...) Hello Richard, Sounds like a fun/deep thread. You might consider re-starting it in lugnet.general -- it's not an "off-topic" topic. The lugnet.off-topic.* hierarchy is for non-LEGO discussions. --Todd (26 years ago, 19-Jan-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Re: Attention Lugnet Philosophers! A quandry....

(...) There is a thread about this on RTL at the mo too. I think if you went for complete completeness, you'd have to get each set of the theme in every different package (that is, language) it was ever released in. And even the most fanatical of (...)
