School(s) - old-fashioned 2-room school and modern high school

I'd like to see my High School. There would be 8 different buildings
and one of would have a telescope.

Eight buildings?  Wow!  My school is pretty big (2400 students), but
there's only one building on a piece of land the size of two blocks.

My school (so the rumor goes) was built by an architect who has previously
designed prisons... :-)

The school is a total maze, 4 floors up, built on the lengh of a block or two,
that's if you don't include all the fields. The building is color coded and
80% of the rooms don't have windows. There are numbered stairs on one side,
named stairs on the other side, Main Street (which is a long, long hallway on
the main floor into which all kids eventually drain into).

It is a mad house :-)

<snip ASCII art, put in mine>

This is (sort of) what my school looks like:

That's not really the shape of the school, but you get the idea :)

Your sentence suits my drawing better if you switch school for streets.

(Streets in Boston/Newton are the worst :)
