I agree, mostly, but I think Richard Hatch(1) has a certain amount of
justification for being peeved - he's worked for *years* on a revival effort,
producing books, building a promotional tape, inducing various toy/model
companies to rerelease their BG lines, negotiating with Universal, and
co-ordinating fan efforts - then along comes Glen, and says "I'm gonna make a
new movie! Hunh? Richard who?"
Just for the record, though, I also would much rather see what Larson puts on
the screen. Although the fact that the scriptwriter from Wing Commander is
also on the project gives me a certain sense of forboding.

1: Who may well be a typecast actor, but he certainly doesn't need BG to put
food on the table - he's made quite a bit as a motivation speaker(2), which is
his primary career
2: Debating the merits of motivational speaking is left as an exercise for the
reader ;-)
