If it was for me, I'd get the X-Box. The PS2 has a broader game selection, but
the X-Box is a more advanced system and it shows on the user level. Quite
frankly, my son has played the X-Box and the PS2, and his favorite is the
GameCube, so he's happy to just get more games for that rather than syphoning
off money for a new system. Any of them can be thoroughly enjoyable IF you like
the game selection that they have. That would be my bottom line recommendation
- go with the system that you know you like and want the games.
