That's *a* way. Calling it "best" is a value judgement. Another way is to
exclude the noise if it can't behave itself. In my value system that's a lot
better.

Which authoritarian organization is that? I'm not aware of one. The mere
existance of a ToS does not make LUGNET authoritarian. At least not under my
value system.

Yes, we heard you and I think others have already explained why that may not be
a valid option in LUGNET's case. But are you volunteering to code something or
just making observations?

You may want to ask yourself why that is... and why there is much richer
information here as well. I suggest that it may actually be due at least in part
to the very factors that you deride, that make LUGNET superior to RTL in many
users eyes, under their value systems.

And the very worst one, at least from a civil tongue aspect, has had his posting
restricted (hopefully, until and unless he can demonstrate genuine reformed
intent and acknowledgement of error). The system works.
