Looks to me like this is just a mega-fan trying to make some cash. They may use
their home as their store-front. A friend of mine did something similar to this
a few years ago (okay, like 15) with role-playing stuff. He sold via a
"newsletter" that he produced, but also sold out of a room in his house. As far
as the bank was concerned, that was a legitimate store front, although he was
really annoyed that the credit card company made him hang a "We take Visa and
MasterCard" sign on his front door.
As far as trademark and such, it looks like they made an attempt to show that
they aren't representing themselves as TLC. If they are anything like my
friend, though, they just don't know the correct usage of the trademarks.
And, also if they are like my friend, if they are selling at a discount, they
are probably losing money, their spouse is really mad at them, but all of their
friends have a cool place to get cheap toys.
