I do not pay them by the hour, but rather by the job. Having done quite a
bit of sorting, I know how long things should take. Pay is thus based on
what it SHOULD take to get it done, even if they take onger to do it. I do
it this way because there S a 57" TV in front of them, and they are easily
distracted.
That said, I don't think that I pay them very well at all. They, however,
seem more then happy with what they get. They tend to make out well if they
take the sets offered, as I get them cheap so they get more set value then
they would money.
