I snipped away everything else. Some great stuff there and I want to come back
to it later. But let me just say that my comments weren't intended to be
disparaging either. Lugnet is idiosyncratic just like its owners are, and
that's a fact, not a disparagement, In fact it would be a lot less interesting
to hang out here were it not so...
The world of LEGO is much richer with it, bumps or no, and we all just need to
put up with the way things are run.
I doubt any of us (including myself, my customer service is terrible) could do
better overall. Bumps in different areas perhaps, but better? I don't think so.

| I can relate to the Auczilla shipping delay problems. In another part of my life, I was responsible for sending out sheet music to people on a monthly basis. I got 50 requests, each for 10 songs, each month. I had to spend 6 - 8 hours figuring out (...) (24 years ago, 28-Jun-00, to lugnet.market.theory)
