| | Re: Train Windows and Doors
| (...) Ya, that's it. If I wanted Soccer balls there are sets that offer them for less on a per ball basis (assuming all the other parts are valueless) Actually Soccer balls were one of the things I was planning on selling from that set. | | Wal-Mart Multi-pack
| I saw a pack of 6 for 30 dollars al Wally-World tonight. Sets include: 6919 Planetary Prowler, 4910 hover scout, 6463 lunar rover, 2963 extreme racer, and one other that I can't remember. I think it includes a play table with parts as a set because (...) (24 years ago, 21-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

| | Service packs at Big Lots ?
| While doing one of my 'drive around and look for clearance stuff's today, I stopped into a Big Lots (they never seem to have much of interest). There hanging on pegboards was a mess of 5050 baggies with 'Service' in the upper right corner. They (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

| | 6090 Ponderings ...
| In the last Lego S@H catalog they didn't list 6090 - the Royal Knight's Castle. I called in and asked the lady about the number of them left - she laughed and said "Plenty." This leads me to wonder if the set will be on a special anytime soon? And (...) (25 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

| | Re: Costco has Lego
| (...) Sounds like the same assortment I found at BJs Wholesale (we don't have costco in NY) Not great deals, but 33% off isn't too bad = ) I bought the Arctic one, better price per piece ratio (approx 10 cents a piece). I wanted those blue wall (...) (24 years ago, 15-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

| | Re: 4128 buckets are back
| (...) Whoops. Indeed I was. Thanks! I'm actually quite interested in the 4128, if it goes on sale and someone can hook me up with a fair quantity for a small but non zero markup, compressed to save on shipping (I don't need the buckets themselves, (...) | | Re: Train Parts from S@H?
| (...) Nope. They have been available for the entire time the trains have been available, except that when it was 4.5 V, one had to have a UK address to get stuff... (that was when the S@H service in the UK was _much_ better than in Canada) James (24 years ago, 3-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

| (...) <ZING!> Man, that was fast, James! :] The Summer catalogue(s) I got (my first) didn't have them in them, so this was the first time I'd ever seen them. I just figured that meant they were new. Nice to know though, otherwise I would've done (...) (24 years ago, 3-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

| | Train Parts from S@H?
| G'day folks, I finally received my holiday edition of the S@H Catalogue. Nice to see the McDonald's Drive-Thru showing up in the "Canadian edition" now. Anyhow, up until now I've only seen the availability of train motors, tracks, and speed (...) (24 years ago, 3-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)
