| | Pneumatic Parts! (was Re: Split of 5218 (was Re: Lego US S@H))
| Well, just like my beloved <set:5235>, the various pneumatic parts (5099, 5107, 5108, 5109, 5116, 5117) are no longer available. In addition, the air tank has never - AFAIK - been available separately. Until now... :-) Unless someone else steps up (...) |
| (...) I've been really pleased with the arctic theme; there's lots of fun parts in there, and the minifigs are so cute in those big hoods. :) Both Walmart and Meijer in Champaign-Urbana have the Polar Base on sale for $40 through next week, so I (...) | | 60% off Sith&Pod
| According to the flyer I have infront of me, TRU has the "Sith&PodPack" <set:7131>&<set:7151> for US$17 (after tax) which is better than 60% off the "grey slope parts pack" That last draft was fun - who wants to have a Draft2000 Ver.2 at James' on (...) | | FAO Schwartz has gone nuts
| There's an FAO Schwartz in the building where I work. Normally, FAO seems to have a mark up of 10-20% over Lego list price, whereas everyone else in town is about 10-20% below. I was passing by FAO today, and happen to check the price on SW Legos. (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jun-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

| | Fred Meyer sale
| In my area Fred Meyer has the older Freestyle bucket 4128 on sale for half price $9.99 per bucket. There are a LOT of cool parts in this, so thought I should mention it. The sale is apparently only running through 11-4-00, so if you are interested (...) (24 years ago, 3-Nov-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)
