  Brand Retail daily specials?

The LEGO operated stores seemed to be having a different sale special every day. A few days ago it was "buy $25 worth of stuff and get a free small PAB cup". Yesterday it was 20% off all Knights' Kingdom. Anyone have the schedule or know where to (...) (18 years ago, 13-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)

Re: Shop at Home Shipping Rates

(...) I was greatly disappointed when I recently stopped by my local Toys 'R' Us and discovered their prices on LEGO sets. Some sets were at retail; certainly none were below, and a good many were above, some by as much as 40%. Examples: Big Gray (...) (18 years ago, 13-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Shop at Home Shipping Rates

(...) For some of us the rate change was a double whammy: they also began charging sales tax in states with corporate Lego stores. Shipping vs. sales tax used to be something of a wash, but now they are both there. It makes me more inclined to buy (...) (18 years ago, 13-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Shop at Home Shipping Rates

(...) Well, people from outside NA have been protesting the exorbitant exchange rate they use to work out our set prices, but so far it's fallen on deaf ears. Good luck with yours though. ROSCO (18 years ago, 13-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Shop at Home Shipping Rates

(...) Yes, I remember that now, but it was quite a while ago. For the past few years they've sold at regular retail with the flat shipping rate. (...) A very valid point, but I'm not referring to retail outfits like Walmart, TRU, Target, etc. I'm (...) (18 years ago, 12-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Shop at Home Shipping Rates

(...) Back when S@H's shipping setup was more advantageous (ie, lower), their prices were higher -- like 10% over retail, I think. I don't order a lot on S@H, so I could be mis-remembering. Also, remember -- there are different costs for selling (...) (18 years ago, 12-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Shop at Home Shipping Rates

(...) It depends on what you compare it to. Even at 5% of my total order, it's generally cheaper for me than if I had to drive to the "local" LEGO brand store (3 hours in one direction), or the "local" Toys R Us (2 hours). After a few tanks of fuel, (...) (18 years ago, 12-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Shop at Home Shipping Rates

Now that the free shipping is over at LSAH, I find myself again very distressed about their shipping rates. Remember when we could buy all we wanted for a flat maximum rate...I think it was like $10 or $15? This new 5% of the order total prevents me (...)   Re: Anyone know what is in a 65222/65223/65384/65501/65652 co-pack?

(...) It' like the co-pack specialy made for Costco or Toys-R-Us or Wall-Mart or other big distributors. I have other co-pack but not these one. Good luck Andre Potvin (18 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Anyone know what is in a 65222/65223/65384/65501/65652 co-pack?

(...) This seems like an interesting question, and even doing various "advanced searches" on eBay didn't turn anything up (even when searching closed auctions going back 6 months.) I would throw this question back to the seller. Get them to describe (...) (18 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)

Re: Anyone know what is in a 65222/65223/65384/65501/65652 co-pack?

I would love to describe them, but as I said, someone is trying to sell these to me, and I SURE do not have them on hand. SO I was hoping someone had seen them/could tell me before I buy them, what's in them. Some have 2 items, 3, up to 5 sometimes (...) (18 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)

Re: Anyone know what is in a 65222/65223/65384/65501/65652 co-pack?

(...) You might want them to at least describe what's in each co-pack. most were shrink wrapped so you can at least see the set #'s. At one point the Rahkshi were also available in 3 set co-packs. Red, White and Blue in one and the Black, Green, and (...) (18 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)

Re: Anyone know what is in a 65222/65223/65384/65501/65652 co-pack?

(...) 65652 sounds familiar, like the foam sword toy bundled with a KK2 set. But I don't have one to check for sure. (18 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)

Re: Anyone know what is in a 65222/65223/65384/65501/65652 co-pack?

They seem to be too old. Even my dealer contact, can not lookup those items and find anything anymore. I know 2 of the other co-packs are bohrok co-packs, so kinda old!!!! (18 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)

(...) They're probably assorted small sets - Bionicle, Racers, X-Pods. Try calling a (URL) LEGO Brand Retail store> and asking for the numbers from the boxes in the back. Marc Nelson Jr. (URL) Marc's Creations>> (18 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)

Anyone know what is in a 65222/65223/65384/65501/65652 co-pack?

I have someone offering me stock, seems unable to find/tell me what is in each co-pack, and since they vary heavily from good to awfull stock, I won't buy till I know what the heck they contain. LUGNET is no good, bricklink has nothing. HELP!!!!!! (18 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Not really an announcement, but more of a group question

(...) When it comes to eBay, the golden rule has always been "buyer beware." You can often tell from an auction listing how LEGO-oriented the seller is, but in my experience most people selling LEGO on eBay are unloading their kids' old collections (...)
