    Tuesday Morning Sale —Mike Walsh

(...) My wife went this morning, and she got me the 1715 Basic Bricks set for $4.99. It has 400 bricks + 80 or so "free" (Whatever that means. I'll find out when I get home.) Not too shabby. That is about $.01 per brick. She also said that they had (...) (25 years ago, 17-Nov-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) I was late - couldn't find the place so I went to another store (the first was in a basement) It was a madhouse - all gone by the time I got checked out.      (...) For the number-challenged that is the Pirates Perilous Pitfall which was about $70 retail. That's about 70% off. That is a better value than anything I saw at Tuesday Morning in Fremont CA (Janet, you didn't get one of those, did you?) My (...) (25 years ago, 17-Nov-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) Anybody ever go after the grand opening? Is the checkout line horrendous just the first day or does it continue for a few days?I'm thinking of going over Friday.
