Actually, I think what she said was "no one ever offers to pay for our
mistakes".
The woman from S@H I spoke with was very surprised that I was calling to
offer payment for a shipping mistake by LEGO. I guess that doesn't happen
very often. I figured the odds of me getting any more of the tubs is low,
so I wanted to keep them. Since they all have UPS tracking labels, I figure
LEGO could track them down if they wanted to - I wonder if they would?
Probably depends on how widespread their mistake was.
I am all for free brick but this didn't feel right to me so I offered to pay
for them.
