I suspect that either the orders generated by my posting outstripped the
shipment due in or they finally figured out (as Tom noted) that the free
shipping was gonna be a killer. Note that the date I was given for shipping (end
of November) is about the same time that the "free shipping over $99" expires.
That partly why I put the YMMV on the message, kinda had a feeling this might
happen.
