This isn't going to help you, but after griping to everyone in MichLUG at GATS, I was in Traverse City for the second half of the weekend and picked up three of the larger sets there (all were available). Henry Milissa and I checked almost every station between Charleston, SC and Washington DC on our way to and from Brickfest 2001. I have no actual info on this other than my observations at stations around here, but it seems to be up to the individual stations if they want to carry the larger sets.
