Yes, the promo sets like shell you have to get at full price, but the shell sets are soooo cheap. Lego does offer the small sets like the shell does - but they charge $3.99 for them. I'm not a SW fan at all, so while I can look at the SW sets (some of them) and recognize that they work better as models than a lot of other sets Lego releases, I still don't buy them thinking "I (...) I was just over to my local K-mart and they had put out 5 or 6 each of the 10 small Throwbots, so I got one went to the checkout and instead of 6 dollars it scanned for 50 cents!!, yep that's $.50, HALF a buck!!.
