Because they shouldn't have processed the charge in the first place (IMO). It's probably true that the credit card company would probably not take an actual loss anyway so that probably makes more sense. Perhaps just a peeve of mine but I don't (...) I placed 4 orders with TRU when they had their Star Wars lego sets on sale. All of them took longer then I think it warranted to get here, and some of them just got here a couple days ago! To me it seems like a fair course of events (between the credit card and myself that is). One day they exchanged currency a for currency b. Just as a heads up to all of the folks that ordered the Shuttles and other items from the Entertainer during the confusion a few weeks ago... I placed an order with toysrus.com on Dec 1 and I am still getting "in the warehouse" as my order status. An email inquiry got a "sorry for the slow service, it'll be there by Christmas" response. Is anyone else having these problems? (25 years ago, 17-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

I just replied to this message and didn't realize it was set to lugnet.trains. I think it should probably be in market.shopping too.
