I placed on order on November 22nd, I have been e-mailing a lot, and I
tried to get on the phone. After trying all day, I got into the holding
pattern of death at 3:30PM, for about an hour. I finally talked to a
lady. She also said that they are processing them in the order they are
received, and she was very apologetic.

I am used to the retail holiday crunch time, but there should be no
excuse for a place as big as TRU.com to be this late, and not responding
to inquiries. If they had such a problem, they should take out the
advertising on TV, radio, etc. and focus on the people that are waiting,
and hire more people to work there. I don't know what's worse: the
store, or the online store. Ugh!

These are the same people who sued MICROSOFT, folks. If he is that
ignorant about computers, he should not be anywhere near controlling
anything, much less the United States.

| (...) I'm sure they weren't ready for this--especially once they lowered those prices for a week. My understanding is that they weren't getting the expected number of hits, so they *overcompensated* and got absolutely nailed. Someone goofed, but it (...)
