Julie, The rate you are looking for is Airmail Letter-post, but it's only for packages under 4 pounds (with some size limits). Packages over 4 pounds have to go Airmail Parcel-post. The surface equivalents of the above are Economy Letter-post & (...) (23 years ago, 22-Mar-01, to lugnet.market.shipping)

I'm going a bit batty here trying to figure the rate on a few packages. I thought "air small packet" was replaced by "Global Airmail Letter Post". Yesterday I received my MISB 7824 from Holland, only to find that the shipping container had (apparently) been opened by Customs, although there's no marking on the box indicating this is the case.
