Jambalaya died a while ago but I had a blast with the Space box in the first round. I'd like to start a 3rd box. I say we keep this one in a close-knit cycle of no more than 10 people. Hi all, I've been thinking of this idea for a while and I'm interested in kicking it out to y'all for comments. I'm preliminarily calling it Our Own Creation. Hey Frank, What about a system based solely on the new movie, "Pay it forward"? We could send one or more pieces to a registered member of Lugnet, and they inturn could send something from their collection to someone else.... Ha...what a concept. (...) (...) Your last sentence spells the problem with Jambalaya. Most of the stuff which goes into the boxes are easy to get on eBay or Brickbay, with a known cost and often lower shipping. *LUG box update (should have happened back in April 2001) The *LUG box is still in the hands of BAYLUG last time I checked. It was passed on to them at the April 2001 LUGOLA meeting. Russell Clark informed my that they have already dealt with the (...)
