I don't use first class for that very reason. My current shipping policy is
priority mail with delivery confirmation only, and I don't give the option of
not paying for delivery confirmation.
If someone *insisted* on first class I might do it with the proviso that it
was at their risk, not mine. But I'd probably charge them enough extra for
shipping materials to more than eat up the savings. Using USPS supplied
materials is SO convenient, rooting out non Prio badged boxes to use is a big
hassle.

| (...) is (...) of (...) it (...) big (...) I'm thinking seriously about doing the same thing myself. It's just not worth the hassle on my end for such small orders. And resending things out of my inventory is not a good way to go. Of course, options (...) (24 years ago, 21-Sep-00, to lugnet.market.theory)
