Old bricks and plates made from CA

Hi, I have added a large lot of very old blue and black plates and bricks which are made from CA to my bricklink shop. They have been produced until 1963. They look as they have never been used but I cannot guarantee it. I have also added blue (...) (22 years ago, 4-Sep-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

Hi, Just opened up my shop again - I have added more than 300 new sets/parts/figs - and a total of more than 50,000 new items.   Re: Bidpay for Bricklink??

(...) I contacted BidPay a few months ago after an international buyer's payment was rejected by BidPay. This buyer had successfully used BidPay a few months before the rejection for another order. Basically, if the transaction is reviewed or (...) (22 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

  Re: Bidpay for Bricklink??

Tom, I received a payment through BidPay just a week or so ago without any problems. It was marked as a bricklink payment with the order number. I have been registered with them for quite a while though, so that might have something to do with it. I (...) (22 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

  Re: Bidpay for Bricklink??

(...) I have used it several times for brickbay, but not since it chaged to bricklink. I just selected "other" for the site, and entered the brickbay order number. ROSCO (22 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

Re: My "have to Have" is your benefit!!!

(...) kitties have arrived! Born on June 20, 2002. I will be posting a picture of him as soon as I get the film developed. Now I am having the trouble of naming him! I came up with Groucho, he's not the most loving little kitty I have ever had. He (...) (22 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

  Re: Bidpay for Bricklink??

Tom, Since this is regarding Milissa's store, I will tell you how we did/do it. :-) At the time we registered for BidPay, BrickBay was holding auctions at the time. Hence no conflicts. Since then BrickBay/Bricklink has discontinued auctions. This (...) (22 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

  Re: Bidpay for Bricklink??

Thanks, I just used their online form to ping them about it. My question was mainly whether people HAVE been able to use BidPay.com for CC-funded payments, and if so, how they got away with it ;-) (...) -- Tom Stangl ***(URL) Visual FAQ home (...)   Re: Bidpay for Bricklink??

(...) matter. (...) Oh, wait... Now that I think a bit more, this may have been the events that took place regarding www.payingfast.com and NOT Bidpay. Also, my #2 footnote applies to PayingFast; I dunno how Bidpay money orders are processed. Sorry (...) (22 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

  Re: Bidpay for Bricklink??

(...) About six months back, someone [1] queried the people at Bidpay on this matter. I think the outcome was positive in that any money order requests for BrickLink would be honored [2]. Perhaps the recipient needs to be registered as a seller with (...) (22 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

Re: Lego Pen beads for sale! Great for MOCs!

Mark, Thanks for the update, I've moved my beads from Other to Pen Beads, hopefully they'll get more notice there. I think I might take a pic of the lamp setup to try to get interest in the Pearl beads - I bought them specifically for lampposts, (...) (22 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

  Re: Bidpay for Bricklink??

I never understood that - the next question should be.. Q. Would we like to make more money by letting you pay for non-auction payments? A. No, we would not. We have no intrest in making more money. Oh well. It would make things easier for alot of (...) (22 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

  Bidpay for Bricklink??

I recently placed an order, and on the shop's Splash page, it said they took Bidpay for CC-funded orders. Now, I used to say the same on my shop, but I checked the Bidpay.com site yet again, and the Sellers FAQ still notes: Q.Can BidPay.com be used (...)   Re: Lego Pen beads for sale! Great for MOCs!

I was curious to see how they would sell. I have not seen them on BL that much (maybe because there was no section for them, or maybe because the only place to really buy them in bulk is at Legoland). I know one person had good luck on selling a few (...) (22 years ago, 30-Aug-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)

Re: Lego Pen beads for sale! Great for MOCs!

No offense intended, Mark, as setting prices on "Other" parts can be difficult, but you might find it hard to clear them out at those prices - I've had beads in my store for over a year at $.50 each and even the "pearl" ones, which are killer parts (...)   Re: Bricklink Cart Operation

Jason's answer is right - each cart is store-dependent. If I was going to wish for an enhancement on Bricklink, it would be for a way to search by part size, using two or three dimensions. When searching for specific bricks, this would make the (...) (22 years ago, 29-Aug-02, to lugnet.market.brickshops)
