I'm sitting here tonight divvying out another few batches of parts and it just hit me out of the blue -- AucZILLA turned 5 years old a few weeks ago. I stopped to take a deep breath. (...) Loss of income (or potential income) is basically the crux of the issue. If you can prove that you potentially lost $2500 due to copyright infringement, it's a felony. True, some sellers have been grandfathered in, but how many people who are going to do fraudulent activity have an account that old? Well, I understand this happening. I have done it to other people's pictures and they have done it to mine. I never considered it a major problem, but I have only once had an email from somebody. Oh Dear Who whould pay $500+ for 75 different lego models and they don't know what is in the auction.
