Hi everyone! I'm pleased to announce the formation of a rather infant LEGO train club, the Northern Illinois LTC. So far, we're only a handful of members, and right now half of that handful are pretty busy, but we wanted to get the ball rolling. (...) However, the point is taken...let's see how everyone else responds and if it looks like too many people won't make it, we can move it a week later, perhaps. We could also move it to (...) Personally, I have a nice place to hold meetings and work on large projects, run things like the Pirate ship battles/war games, and store things. I regret I won't make it to Kilroys, as I already have other plans. The pole barn sounds great, and Indy is probably the best location over all. I put the message up in just the local groups, but perhaps I should post it in one of the general groups. I'm sure there are at least a few people interested.
