(...) Not to worry, Mike, I found some at Zany Brainy in San Mateo for $39.00 so I bought one last week. There were 3 or 4 left... Paul Sinasohn, who is trying to configure a new hard drive (the old one crashed) (25 years ago, 22-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Re: New LEGO Corp Websites?

(...) I think there is an Israel-based company named LEGO which makes products for water irrigation and hoses and things. IANAL, but I don't think TLG has (or can have) a problem with it because it's in a completely separate industry and hence not (...)   Re: next BayLUG meeting

The later the meeting is, the better for me. Work is still pretty busy in early and mid November. If I can make it, I will leave the modules at home, as they are too big to transport easily and can instead bring train stuff. Paul, this time, I will (...)   Re: New LEGO Corp Websites?

(...) I hope that's not colonic irrigation with Lego. Ouch! All the others looked plausable, but I seriously suspect that this one is a 3rd-party domain name. I wonder how long it'll be around before TLG's legal sharks sink their teeth in... Cheers, (...) (25 years ago, 22-Sep-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.trains, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sd)

  New LEGO Corp Websites?

So, a few weeks ago, there was a rumor that Shop @ Home might discontinue the Service Packs at the end of the year. Then there was a hint that they may be opening a bulk-brick buying service in the beginning of the new year. I admit I've been too (...) Hi gang, (this bounced the first time...) Yeah, we should have started this sooner... :-( Fukaya is only available to us on Saturday, 11/28 (Thanksgiving Weekend, when folks normally travel, shop, or vegetate at home).   Re: next BayLUG meeting

I am organizing a 2-day music conference the first weekend of November, so I couldn't make the 6th. So I would ask that it be scheduled on the 13th.   next BayLUG meeting

I will be out of state from Sat, Nov. 20, until Sun, Nov. 28. Therefore, I can make it to the next meeting only if it is on Nov. 6 or Nov. 13. I know it may be early to start the discussion, but I wanted this info to be known for when the time (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Re: #6989 sighted!

(...) I am willing to go in on a joint purchase of this set. I have an incomplete one I am trying to build. I need the instructions and probably half the pieces. Russell (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf.oak)

Toy Go Round has LOTS o' Lego!

As I checked in today on my break, this is what they had in the window. Keep in mind all these sets are not complete (most are 95%), and fairly dusty. Also, some minifigs are incorrect to the sets and not all may be present. However, the instruction (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf.oak)

  #6989 sighted!
