I don't think Lulu' is THAT expensive.. Also, There used to be a place called the royal exchange over on California by Tadich grill, but that was many years ago... Just a half block east of Moscone is ThirstyBear brewing, a decent brewpub, serving Tapas as its main food effort. Further away, and just OK, is the SF location of Gordon Biersch brewing.
