Ok. This is something that the steering committee could pick up. Perhaps I should have put something in about proxy voting :-) Again, the SC could put this in its proposal. Regarding the Steering committee, I have already said, but will reiterate, (...) (22 years ago, 8-Jun-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) Well done Tony. In the nature of forming constitutions etc., even with additional volunteers the timescale for the suggested process is a wee bit short. Is there anyway the number of steps can be reduced or the process begun earlier? The (...) (22 years ago, 8-Jun-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)
