Not to nitpick, but that's a red herring. S@H already charges Canadian
customers for all applicable Canadian taxes, which are the only fees that
would be assessed at the border by Canada Customs. This was already in
place before the change to Cdn$ prices. So there are no "customs costs"
to account for that weren't already being paid for by your customers, so
"customs costs" are not valid justification for different prices.
But the rest of what you said makes sense...

However.... remember that on imported goods valued at more than $20 you are charged a $5 fee in order to collect the taxes, on those (...) (20 years ago, 18-Jun-04, to lugnet.loc.ca)
