Uh yes you do. S@H applies the taxes right on your invoice (PST+GST or
HST as appropriate). You can't escape that. If S@H didn't charge taxes
at the origin then Canada Customs would charge it at the border, plus add
a $5 service fee. The reason why you can order anything you want from
S@H and not have to pay anything crossing the border is because S@H has
already charged it in advance.
