  Re: Battle of Tank Stream

Evening all, Just a note to point out that I haven't let this go - its just that its bigger 'n Ben Hur (or do we now say bigger 'n Gladiator for the sake of the young people :-) Its six pages and about fifty pics. Pages one to four are done, and the (...) (24 years ago, 21-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

  Lego Tour in Westfields Figtree

Hi all, As I said I would, I went and had a look at the show that was on in Westfields Figtree. It was very average. There were about 6 one and a half metre lego statues of bunnies, pooh characters and a pirate. The main set was a perpex-covered (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Re: Shares in a soccer field?

(...) I'm in a similar position to Richard -- keen on the idea (and a fully set-up stadium), but not up for the whole shebang. I also think the idea of jointly owned sets is good for Studs. I think a full setup would be: 2x 3409 (2 whole fields) 2x (...) (24 years ago, 13-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

  Shares in a soccer field?

On the subject of soccer sets, I have no plans to buy a whole (decent sized) soccer field, since a wide green field is going to be a tad out of place at Port Block (now if they bring out a tan field... ;-). But I wouldn't mind playing a game or two, (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

  King's Leo Castle Display?

Evening all, Eli called me a couple of hours ago having seen an ad on the telly suggesting that Westfield Figtree (near Warrawong/Wollongong) is having some sort of display apparently centred around King Leo's Castle. This seemed like a new display (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)
