Half inching Baktoid *production* models (Re: Half inching Baktoid prototypes)

You guessed it - my AAT turned up this morning ;-) Like the Y wing before it, its not a good model, but all the pieces are there for a good model, so look out. I understand that there are still two of these and an MTT at Camden Toyworld, at 12% (...) (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

(...) The Fat Controller we have in ERTL diecast metal. (...) There are the famed silver 25-year anniversary bricks. Worth their weight in...umm...silver, I guess, but 2 x 4's only I believe.   RE: BIG W sale[was RE: 2000.3 What are you bringing?]

G'day, Thanks for the sets you've been able to find. With the prices, they'd just been re-arranging the store, and they had new stickers on the shelf. However, I took a 5900 to the counter and asked them to scan it, and it came up at $3.43 :( With (...) (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Re: BIG W sale[was RE: 2000.3 What are you bringing?]

(...) Filled out your 5918 request. Got three 1182's, seven to go. No 5901's (bad guy on raft) at Big W. But picked up five 5901's at K-Mart for $3. Did you get them to scan the barcode. One Big W didn't have the shelf-tickets at all ! pete.w (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Re: 2000.3 What are you bringing?

(...) Cleaned out! I was there on Saturday and there were only three 1180's (0 now!) left. The conspicuous absence of any of the Adventurers sets led me to believe that James had already cleaned these out. Should have dusted the shelves for (...)   Re: 2000.3 What are you bringing?

(...) Okay well then that gives me two tasks. Firstly, to do a stocktake on what I've got in Track (both with and without conductor rails), and to then come up with some fancy layout using all the different voltages. Secondly to fix that spare 12V (...) (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

BIG W sale[was RE: 2000.3 What are you bringing?]

For anyone in Vic who hasn't already found this out, The $1.88 sale is not on here. I found this out on Sunday at BigW Broadmeadows, when I was hoping to get a few cheap 5900's. :( Benjamin Whytcross BWhytcro@PacificAccess.com.au Ph: (03) 9856 5282 (...)   Re: 2000.3 What are you bringing?

(...) I didn't get enough time to fully check it over at GB's, so another chance would be good. (...) I'll have to pick up another Podrace this week. What coloured gems are you after, I know we both probably have lots of the common ones. James, what (...) (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Re: 2000.3 What are you bringing?

(...) A quick scan of the memory schema's......Nup, not a single Technic set ever purchased/received. Although i tell you what, if anyone plans on doing a technic beam/joints version of the Sydney Harbour bridge, that I'd like to be involved in! (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Re: 2000.3 What are you bringing?

(...) There is no shortage of room, and the new guys would probably like to see 12V in action, I know I would again. (...)   Re: 2000.3 What are you bringing?

(...) I'm sure all of us have at least a couple of Technic sets, and if not have certainly cast a wishful eye towards them. In fact I'm sure all of the LegOz 2000.2 attendees possess at least one. (Santosh ?) A couple of forklifts would be nice ! (...) (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Re: Half inching Baktoid prototypes (was W4K show idea)

(...) Ahhh, but these are multi-purposed vehicles. The recon part is two-fold, to provide a target for enemy gunners (ie, not aiming at the other troops) which is frustrating to hit because it is too fast, driving the enemy to distraction ("I will (...)   Re: 2000.3 What are you bringing?

Good question. Like the last one I think I'll bring along more train stuff. I think that Peter (W), Eli and myself want to combine up some track to form a ..errr..combined track. James are you jumping into this one too? I'll only be bringing along (...) (24 years ago, 22-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

  2000.3 What are you bringing?

Hi, I was wondering, what's everyone going to bring to 2000.3? Since I don't have any MOC's at the moment, I'm just going to bring along a couple of my favourite technic sets for you guys to look at (since you're all system guys, you probably (...)
