My prefered day would be:
- 3rd Nov
- 17th Nov
- 10th Nov
(saturday's are also open for me)

Alternatively, we could talk about & arrange the order on the day

We could do the order 2 weeks prior & distribute the order on the day.

Getting people to submit orders in advance for distribution at the meeting just doesn't seem to work. Not many people get their (...)
