Ah, knew I'd read that somewhere - thanks :)
Do we actually have marketing people in Aus? You'd think that they were
in an office on the other side of the planet, for all they seem to not
understand Australia as a market.
The LA customer service people, OTOH, are great and very helpful, tis a pity
they seem to be bashing their heads against a brick (ha) wall as much as
the actual consumers (read "us") are.

This makes sense (and fits with the rumours)!

One would think that they'd given us promo prices for a reason, to then
ignore the results would be terribly stupid, but probably terribly typical
too!
As Benjamin pointed out, the Action Wheelers are cheaper than
expected too (not on the same order as the Soccer discounts but still a
good improvement). I've compared these to Toolo prices and agree we are
getting a good deal with these. We can live in hope that these trends
to cheaper prices will pay off with more sales to the general public and
hence overall cheaper prices for the future (wishful thinking?! :))
