After my regular Friday night Lego sweep of Bris. City a couple of weeks ago, I discovered that the new Adventurers stuff was in Target. The big plane (I can't remember it's set number) was there and priced at $39. 'This is quite cheap' I thought (...) (25 years ago, 4-Sep-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Well, I didn't want to mention this for 2 reasons..one was the distance involved o get it, and second was that the box had been opened, but there was the Tie Interceptor at Toyworld in Bay city plaza, Geelong for $189. Lego fans : My girlfriend and I will be heading up to Sydney (from Melb.) for a week during the Olympics. We'll be busy watching the fencing a lot of that time, but lurking in my mind is the possibility that somewhere in Sydney is someone selling (...) The biggest problem you will find is that each LEGO Technic gear is one brick wide, except for the smallest one which is slightly more than a brick wide. Set up four or five of these side by side and your bicycle is going to look more like an (...) (25 years ago, 1-Sep-00, to lugnet.loc.au)
