That's a different pumpkin. It has about 80 pieces, some of which have

The Legoland pumpkin is only 35 pieces. I think all of the pieces in it
were found in the 1998 Halloween buckets. Actually, my guess is that
they ARE pieces from the Halloween buckets, given that most of the
pieces in the Halloween play area were from the bucket. (yellow 2x3
slopes with mouse face, etc.) Someone posted on lugnet that LLC had a
bunch of leftover buckets which were sold to some chain of stores in the
northwest (sorry, forgot the name) in late summer. I think LLC kept
some of the buckets and used them for this promotion.
