(...) The question I want answered is: what are sets 10020 through 10035 going to be? We may have to wait on this one for a while. (23 years ago, 9-Feb-02, to lugnet.town, lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: what makes a legend?

(...) Actually, it would be cool if along with the Ledgends sets there were acessory packs created at the same time as the sets. For example, if there were pieces in some older sets that weren't used in newer sets, but the molds still exist, the (...) (23 years ago, 25-Oct-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: What Kids really want. Not Juniorization.

(...) Yet this "marketing reasearch" directly contradicts that which I observed as an Assistant Manager at KB Toys. As my original post stated many parents and kids thought Mega Blocks sets were the good Lego sets. Most of the people that know the (...)   Re: Lugnet Promo Sets

  Designer sets at Shop@Home?

Hi! I noticed today on the S@H site a new products line: Lego Designer Sets, but there is nothing for sale yet. I am very curious about them, can someone explain what are these sets? Thanks, Yanick (22 years ago, 28-Feb-03, to lugnet.lego.direct)

(...) than 24¢ a brick. I understand that parts packs do not move in the volume that LEGO sets move. So, parts packs will be more expensive than sets, but sets go on sale, parts packs don't. I notice the age range on these sets is 6-99, so we adults are allowed to buy them too :-) Of course, I guess there will be a swag of emails from all those 100+ Lugnetters miffed at their exclusion. Kerry (22 years ago, 5-Mar-03, to lugnet.lego.direct)

(...) GREAT price points, much better than I had feared. Perhaps since these sets require no new molds and no licensing, some of the cost savings has been passed on to us. I hope these are huge sellers. I will be doing my bit, you can be sure. (22 years ago, 6-Mar-03, to lugnet.lego.direct)
