Thanks, Jake & all for this opportunity for your customers to be heard. In
the past, quite often phone representatives have told me that The Lego
Company does not take outside ideas. I think you are all moving in the
right direction here.
One thing about this survey that I think is odd:
When asked the ages of my children, 0-5 year old children are all lumped in
one category when there are three separate products (Primo/Baby, Duplo, and
standard Lego bricks) which cater to this age group.
For children this young, wouldn't you be better off breaking the demographic
into 0-18 months, 1 1/2 to 3 years old, and 3-5 years old?
My one-year old plays with both Primo and Duplo, and my four-year old plays
with both Duplo and standard bricks.
Just thought I'd bring up a parent's opinion.
