I don't like it too much either, but it does make sure that new suggestions
don't suffer the "last on a list of 1000's" problem.
It also means that results can exist where 5 of the top 10 answers can be
"we want bulk bricks" :)
I was going to grumble about it, but I couldn't think of a better way to do
it, so kept my trap shut. ;-)
