Thank you Jake. Knowing that it is under development does help.
While LD is working out production -Values?/ Costs?/ Quality control? , why
not clue in Lugnet community as to the limits. What type of images/designs
are permitable? I am in over my head here, but I am speaking about theme
logos, pictures of sets, drawings of sets... how far can we go ? what is
within bounds? and what is off limits? Or does LD have something else
altogether different in mind? Why not have development here go on
similtaneously with development at LD? Each working from different
beginnings to a successful joining in the middle.
I tend to fantasize across the board. [from the posts to this thread I can
see I am not alone :-) ] However if the community were given some
guidelines as to LD's thinking we could begin to reach a consensus and maybe
actually even be "helpful".

| (...) Sheree (et. al), We haven't forgotten about the idea at all. It is actually taking some time to come up with a solution that: 1. Yields the high level of quality you expect from LEGO and we expect from ourselves 2. Meets a reasonable price (...) (24 years ago, 15-Feb-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)
