Thank you for your response Todd and Suz. Nice to know someone's out there
listening. It was not my intention to put you two on the spot. My
question was more to Lego Direct and the general membership. The
opportunity was given to all of us? (albeit INdirectly...) Goodness knows
you two have your hands full just providing/keeping the proverbial roof over
our heads at LUGNET, 'specially with the ever increasing number of users and
wealth of info in the databases which requires constant updating. [plus the
wedding !!!]
I was hoping things were going on behind the scenes. So many have been
invovled in working with Lego Direct recently that I thought this might have
been mentioned or discussed too. It would be nice if LD gave a clue as to
how they wanted this structured, how and to whom to submit... ideas or
finished graphics, what the realistic possibilities are... I feel we have
too little information from them to go anywhere on our own. IMHO they
should be talking to the entire membership directly. The annoucement came
from you two. They need to talk to all of us- not make ya'll be in the
middle. You have more than enough just with Lugnet and having a life to
take this on too.
For the record, I am not interested in spearheading this. I have neither
the skills nor the time at this point. I am busy just trying to keep my
head above the water...
