  Harry Potter Minifig MOC
 
OK, so I did this a couple of weeks ago, but didn't have my old digital camera set up until recently, so here goes... (URL) take on the Harry Potter minifig. The photos: 1) Harry as he would be in his Muggle clothing, from the book illustrations, (...) (24 years ago, 2-May-01, to lugnet.harrypotter) !

WoW, that’s a fabulous ‘cloak!’ it's Star Wars caliber… Perhaps in early 2002 with the second installment of Star Wars, Lego may introduce cloaks to supplement the minifig garb instead producing those ubiquitous black capes. Thanks for all of the kind words everyone! BTW, on the movie Harry, I really want to put together a custom set ala the Johnny Thunder 5900 single figure set. In an interesting turn of events, it looks like your minifig MOC is being mistaken for the official Harry Potter minifig! Well, I've been in contact with the three sites using my images. hpgalleries just posted this: (URL) 9, 2001: We just learned that the LEGO-Previews we posted here in the news on Saturday are just (pretty good) fan-made creations, not official LEGO (...)
