So...after all of the discussions, the Hagrid figure turns out to be a standard minifig head on a custom creatorfig body...the hair/beard is one piece, but made in such a way as to make it useless on anything BUT the Hagrid body...hmmm...along (...) Hmmm. Well, that makes the most sense of anything I've heard so far. The only other thing it could be is that maybe in the movie there is some sort of eerie effect used to make Snape more intimidating. After all, these sets are based on the movie, (...) I've take pictures of the Minifigs from the Harry Potter sets we have here, and they have been posted to brickshelf here: (URL) do not yet have the Hogwarts Castle, So we are missing those figs. I've checked at both Zellers in Richmond BC and unfortunaley they are in the middle of closing both stores so they have absolutely no lego on the shevles. I also checked the TRU here and while they do have new banners for their aisle there's nothing (...) (23 years ago, 20-Sep-01, to lugnet.harrypotter)

I have to agree with a previous message about piece content vs set creativity. I do think that the HP sets are lacking in a lot on the building side. 4721, 4722, and 4723 just don't do it for me.
