Wow. Does this mean that there are people who have Compuserve access but
who don't have general Internet access?

| (...) Not really they don't have access to it, they just don't use it much. A friend of mine's Mother is on AOL, she never leaves the "grounds" of AOL to go out surfing anywhere else.
