Just some speculation, look inside the torso of a 1999 minifig, than one from
any year before. I think you'll understand what I'm talking about...

| My first thought was, "What is he talking about?" So, without even standing I grabed a '99 minfig...what the......I did not notice the change. The connection feels just a bit more snug. Maybe it is just an improvement to keep the torso's from (...) (25 years ago, 12-May-99, to lugnet.general)
