Tim, don't confuse lack of response with lack of concern.

In other words, the fact that Kevin isn't responding to these threads (at
the level you would prefer) does not imply that he does not care. Nor does
it imply that he isn't doing anything about it. The metric you're applying
may not be measuring the thing you think it is.

I'm not saying I have any special knowledge but I don't necessarily agree
that the conclusions you're drawing are valid. I'm afraid that your circle
of influence is way smaller than your circle of concern (1) in this
situation which only leads to frustration.

Thanks Lar... a nice and respectable response. (...) It does... but, for the record I guess, I'm not frustrated in the sense that I go around all day consumed by BrickShelf's deterioration. I do admit I'm baffled by the situation, though, and I know (...) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish)

As I've seen no substantial effort by the BrickShelf administrator to interact with the community (which is VERY eager to help) in finding a solution to BrickShelf's bandwidth problem, I will offer one final suggestion. Not having statistics in (...) (22 years ago, 16-Dec-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish)
