    Lego Color Tree Translations now online —Clark Stephens
   I've added a translations page to my Color Tree. It provideds translations of the color names used into German, Italian, French, Spanish, and Danish. Here's the link: (URL) on any of the names on the left will take you to the Roots section of the (...)      It looks great. Here are a few hints on the Danish translation: Dark = Mørk, just loose the e Light = Lys, when speaking of colors or illumination, you should use Lys. Let is when you speak of the weight of things. Medium = Medium, Midte means the (...) (22 years ago, 14-Oct-02, to lugnet.loc.dk)

      Martin, Thanks for the corrections. I primarily used online translating dictionaries, so I missed some of the context. I do have one question. If Lys is Light, what would be a good word for Bright, as in Bright Green? In case you don't know what I'm (...) (22 years ago, 14-Oct-02, to lugnet.loc.dk)

      Hi Clark, That's a difficult one. I guess there is a slight difference between light (when speaking of colors) and bright in English. It's a little more difficult to separate it in Danish. I think I would combine Medium and Light or call this color (...) (22 years ago, 14-Oct-02, to lugnet.loc.dk)

     Mario, I have no false hopes of ever getting this perfect. I used mainly online dictionaries, so I missed some of the context. I do appreciate your assistance.      Hi Clark, Well done, BUT (there is always a but ;-) Some error for the french translation : Very Light Grey --> Gris très clair Orange Juane Milieu --> Orange _jaune_ milieu Orange Juane Clair --> Orange _jaune_ milieu and mainly all the "jaune" (...)         Dutch and Portuguese added to the Color Tree Translator —Clark Stephens
