Is that mean, in a near future, Lego would be an imported (over the
pond) good for the USians,  too?

I doubt it.  LDMI (Lego Direct Marketing), the main distribution warehouse,
is still in East Windsor, CT (about three miles from me, actually). Some of
the blocks may have originated from Enfield, but much of them are
tride-and-true Danish imports.  Packaging is done...where?  Germany?  Not
much will change (hopefully).

(...) pond) good for the USians, too? Hmm... This is not good, huh? Low US prices are a good thing for us, since even including shipping overseas, they still be lower than prices here for many of the sets. Selçuk (24 years ago, 28-Nov-00, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.general)
