Re: Playing with Lego at Lunch

...and to think I have to lock my office door and wedge a chair under the handle before I can get my Lego out at work. It is a hard life. Scott A (...) (24 years ago, 13-Oct-00, to lugnet.general)

How to play with Lego at work without making too much noise?

(...) Wow, you get an office! I only have a cube. I am still trying to figure out how to play with Lego without producing too much noise. Anybody has good ideas? Thanks, Hao-yang Wang (24 years ago, 13-Oct-00, to lugnet.general)

You could try getting some LEGO Soft, altohough there'd be a bit of a space problem, or mix in some rubber tires inside, to stop some of the clinking. Alan (24 years ago, 14-Oct-00, to lugnet.general)

Sometimes if I have an idea at work, I'll sketch it on a (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.general)

Yeah, I share a cube with 2 other guys, so building is a bit of a challenge. I've done some pretty complex stuff at some of my other jobs, though. Besides, my current kick of cathedral building (5 grey 48x48 baseplates, and counting) tends to limit (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.general)

  Bird in Lego Soft

(...) Actually I do have some of the Lego Soft bricks. I bought the smallest of the three Lego Soft sets from an excellent source for the Dacta sets, Glen Tannenbaum. The soft bricks are intended for my son. However, when they arrived, my son was (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dacta)
