Actually I do have some of the Lego Soft bricks. I bought the smallest of the
three Lego Soft sets from an excellent source for the Dacta sets, Glen
Tannenbaum.
The soft bricks are intended for my son. However, when they arrived, my son
was already on the trip with his mom to Taiwan. Too busy with other Lego
stuffs, I just set aside these soft bricks. Occasionally I play with these
bricks, trying to see how high and how dangerous I can build some structures
out of them.
After reading your suggestion, I decided to give the Lego Soft a try. These
are the pictures of my first semi-serious attempt to build with Lego Soft:

This bird uses up every single bricks in my possession, so I have little
choice on its color scheme. It is not that trivial to keep it from falling
apart, as the soft bricks only stack up, but not lock up with each others.
Cheers,
